The AERC investigator who handled my complaint against Clitheroe told me that he would interview coworkers as part of his investigation.
In early 2009 Mr. McGhee sent a letter saying that he had decided the case in favor of Clitheroe. He admitted that he never got a chance to interview anyone other than the directors who were the focus of the complaint!
In fact Mr. McGhee never even got around to looking at this website until January 2009 (here).
