Alaska's Dirty Detox

  • At the hearing, the Director referred to the accusation as "gossip".
In fact, I never told anyone about his violation until the unemployment issue forced it. To the best of the Director's knowledge (before the hearing), the only people aware of his violation were him and the supervisor that was with him when it occurred.
  • The way I found out about it was reliable.
Supervisor "Sandy" was aware of the violation first hand. Sandy was taking a lot of flak from me, for various things (see Banned    Pets etc) and she was trying to get me to focus on the Residential Director's misconduct, rather than her misconduct. There was one PNA, "Stacy" that she used whenever she wanted to "do" something tricky. This PNA was a very innocent and trusting person who the supervisors manipulated easily. When PNA Stacy told me about the Residential Director's violation, it was clear that the source of the information was the supervisor.
  •  The director's violation was real, but unlike the made-up violation he accused me of, it will probably never be investigated.
